Our Board of Trustees is responsible for planning, guiding and reviewing the work of the Miscarriage Association – the services we provide, the way we are run and the way we raise and spend our funds. We aim to have a range of skills and experience on the Board
Our trustees share a passion for improving miscarriage care and support. At least half of the Board at any time are people with personal experience of miscarriage, ectopic or molar pregnancy.
We have ambitious plans to increase the charity’s reach, so that more women and their partners get the information and support they need after pregnancy loss. We are currently recruiting new trustees and are particularly interested in hearing from people with the following skills or experience:
- A community-based medical professional, such as a GP
- Health or social care commissioning
- Organisation development
We are committed to a diverse board, and would particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups including men and BAME communities.
