The 2024 London Landmarks Half Marathon
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other!
Getting a place
There are two main ways of getting a place in the London Landmarks Half Marathon – and generally, if you are able to do both, you’ll maximise your chances of taking part in this brilliant event:
Via the ballot
The public ballot for places in 2024 opened for applications on 14th June 2023. You can find out more about this here.
If you are fortunate enough to get a place through the ballot, we’d be delighted to welcome you to join Team M.A.. Please just get in touch with us at fundraising@miscarriageassociation.org.uk and we’ll introduce you to your fellow runners.
Via a charity place
This year we will be fielding a team of 10 charity place runners, participating both to raise funds to support our work and to increase awareness of our charity and the services we offer.
We’ll support you throughout your training, fundraising, and event day with:
- a Miscarriage Association t-shirt or running vest
- advice on setting up an online fundraising page
- lots of fundraising hints and tips
- printed sponsorship forms / balloons / bunting, and anything else you might need!
All we ask is that successful applicants pay a £25 registration fee to secure their place, and commit to raising a minimum of £350.
