Join us for a unique opportunity to run a Half Marathon at the world famous Aintree Racecourse, best known for annually holding the world-famous Grand National steeplechase.

The Miscarriage Association has a limited number of charity places in some of the UK’s most iconic events. By securing a spot, you can make a real difference, fundraising for us and helping us provide vital support to those who need it, when they need it most.
Below, you’ll find details of the events we’re currently accepting applications for, along with relevant application forms. Please note that each event will have a minimum sponsorship target, which is detailed on each event page.

The AJ Bell Great South Run is probably the world’s favourite 10-miler, with inspiring history, salty air and glorious sea views guaranteed.
Portsmouth’s supporters will keep your spirits and motivation up the whole way round, with blaring music, cheers, high fives, fist bumps all part of the incredible AJ Bell Great South Run experience.

The Cardiff Half Marathon has grown into one of the largest and most exciting road races in Europe.
It is Wales’ largest mass-participation and multi-charity fundraising event and the second largest half in the UK.

Run Alton Towers is a half marathon race which starts and finishes among the attractions, and, although the park is closed to the public, there’s an opportunity to take in the rides for free afterwards!

Starting in Glasgow’s historic George Square, the first half of the run takes you through the urban landscape of Glasgow city centre, and then opens out into six miles of riverside and parkland, before finishing at Glasgow Green.

This popular half marathon race is a firm favourite on the Welsh running calendar, boasting one of the flattest half marathon courses in Europe, and is part of the Newport Running Festival.

The Reading Half Marathon not only takes in the highlights of the centre of Reading where you will experience huge crowd support but also still passes through the beautiful grounds of the University campus.

The London Landmarks Half is not your average half marathon – from cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other!
