Our Charity Event Places
The Miscarriage Association has a limited number of charity places in some of the UK’s most iconic events. By securing a spot, you can make a real difference, fundraising for us and helping us provide vital support to those who need it, when they need it most.
Below, you’ll find details of the events we’re currently accepting applications for, along with relevant application forms. Please note that each event will have a minimum sponsorship target, which is detailed on each event page.

Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026
The Royal Parks Half Marathon offers a scenic 13.1-mile route through four of central London’s iconic Royal Parks
Edinburgh Running Festival 10k
The 10K falls on the Saturday of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival weekend and is run in the stunning surroundings of Holyrood Park.
Colchester Zoo Stampede 10k
Come and run at Colchester Zoological Society, home to over 150 species and set in 60 acres of parkland and lakes!
Windemere Great North Swim – 1/2 Mile
We are delighted to be able to offer limited places in the half mile event at the Great North Swim at Windemere in Cumbria.
Snowdonia Trail Half Marathon
A scenic but very tough Half Marathon set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. Starting and finishing in the town of Llanrwst which played host to the World Trail Running Championships in 2013.
Run Thorpe Park 5k
Run around the rides and rollercoasters inside the fantastic resort and be first in line to enjoy the rides!
Tough Mudders – 5k and 15k – various locations in the UK
The Tough Mudder organisation have arranged some of the world’s most intense obstacle courses, designed to test your physical strength, mental grit, and aptitude for camaraderie. Whether you’re looking for a 5K mud run or a 15k intense challenge, we have places in events nationwide!
