Help improve local care
The care that you receive from your GP, midwife or in hospital can help you though a difficult time – but sometimes it’s not as good as it should be. We believe that health professionals really do want to provide good care, but that there are all sorts of factors that can make this go wrong.
Perhaps you can help us improve or support local hospital and community health services for pregnancy loss. You could:
- Volunteer for our development project “Supporting local care”. We are currently looking for volunteers in Norfolk and Staffordshire. Contact us for more information. (N.B. The project is funded by the Department of Health and covers England only.)
- Use www.patientopinion.org.uk to provide feedback to a hospital where you have been treated. You can read an article about their impact at www.guardian.co.uk/healthcare-network/2011/dec/06/health-services-online-feedback.
