I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples navigating baby loss and complex reproductive journeys.
I support families experiencing loss for any reason, including miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), abortion, and neonatal loss. I also work with those facing infertility, difficult or uncertain pregnancies, and traumatic birth experiences.
These experiences can bring a wide range of emotions, including grief, shock, guilt, anger, confusion or numbness. There is no right or wrong way to feel. You do not need to arrive with a clear agenda and we can begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels manageable.
I have trained with Petals Charity supporting parents through baby loss, which informs my sensitive and compassionate approach. I also have additional training in genetic counselling, which supports my understanding of prenatal diagnosis, decision-making, and future pregnancy considerations.
As a BACP registered counsellor and ICF-credentialed coach (PCC), I offer an integrative approach. This creates space for reflection and emotional processing, alongside gentle, practical support to help you find steadiness and clarity, and a way forward when you feel ready.
I work with both individuals and couples, recognising that loss and reproductive experiences can affect people, and relationships, in different ways. Sessions are available in person in the Poole/Bournemouth area or online across the UK.
