Nicole Narracott

I’m a qualified therapist with a special focus on supporting those navigating infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, grief, and childlessness. Alongside professional training, my personal journey through infertility and multiple pregnancy losses deeply informs the work I do. I understand how isolating, overwhelming, and invisible these experiences can feel, and I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your pain.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and held without judgment. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to help you process loss, manage uncertainty, and reconnect with hope and meaning.
Whether you’re in the midst of fertility treatment, navigating the aftermath of loss, or facing life without the family you hoped for, I walk alongside you, holding space for both your grief and your resilience. My work is rooted in the belief that even in the most painful chapters, healing and growth are possible.
