Nicky Kantura

I have over 10 years’ experience in the mental health sector, specialist training with The Foundation for Infant Loss, and have completed Sands’ Supporting Families Through Pregnancy Loss and the Death of a Baby training. I understand how devastating and isolating miscarriage can feel, whether it happened recently or many years ago.
Every miscarriage is unique, and there is no ‘right’ way to grieve. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about your baby, your experience, and the emotions that come with loss — including sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, or numbness. Your feelings are valid, and your story deserves to be heard.
My approach is gentle and non-judgmental. Together, we can explore your grief safely, support you in making sense of what you’re going through, and help you find moments of steadiness and self-connection at a pace that feels right for you.
