Hayley Vallance

I am a qualified and registered counsellor, deeply passionate about my work.
I have a strong commitment to supporting individuals through pregnancy and baby loss, I truly understand the profound emotional impact it can have, personally and professionally.
For many years, I have worked with Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society), facilitating support meetings and raising much needed awareness around baby loss. This experience has deepened my understanding of emotions and challenges people face after such a loss.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly at your own pace.
My approach is warm, down to earth, and rooted in empathy, sensitivity, and care. I believe each persons journey is unique, whether your loss was recent or long ago, your experience and feelings are valid.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support after a loss, but taking that first step takes courage, and it can be a powerful part of the healing process.
If you feel I might be the right person to support you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
