Eleanor Eyre

Welcome. I’m Ell – a BACP-registered, person centred counsellor, with a focus on supporting those navigating grief, miscarriage, infertility and childlessness. I’m also a Miscarriage Association support group facilitator. My own experience of recurrent miscarriage means that I truly understand the all-encompassing nature of grief and loss and the many areas of our lives that can be affected, including our mental health, relationships, friendships, work, health, self-esteem, and our relationship with self.
I aim to offer a trauma-informed, gentle, patient space where all parts of you are welcome. Together we can allow the grief, love, anger, sadness, anxiousness, desperation, hope, loneliness, overwhelm, resentment, disappointment and uncertainty to exist, as we start to process these complex feelings, at your pace, in a way that feels helpful to you.
My belief is that when we are met with genuine acceptance, open-heartedness and empathy, we can begin a self-healing process that deepens our connection with ourselves and others and helps us to cherish who we are, who we have been and who we might be.
Please get in touch for a free, no-obligation call to find out more about how we might work together and whether we might be a good fit.
