I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and trauma therapist with over 18 years of experience, specialising in supporting women through some of life’s most difficult emotional challenges.
My practice focuses on helping women navigate the complex and often painful experiences of miscarriage, baby loss, infertility and involuntary childlessness. I understand how the uncertainties surrounding future pregnancies, infertility and treatment outcomes can have a profound impact on women’s emotional wellbeing and mental health.
My work is grounded in the recognition that women are more likely to suffer from depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). For Black, Asian and other women of colour, the rates are even higher, and for younger women, they are now emerging as the highest risk group.
My offerings include specialist trauma-informed therapy for miscarriage, baby loss, infertility and involuntary childlessness. My hope is to provide a therapeutic space where women will feel safe and supported as they journey through some of the most difficult challenges of life.
