Jodie joins the Miscarriage Association with over 25 years’ experience in the charity sector having led income generation strategies and teams at both national and local charities including Marie Curie, Sue Ryder, Martin House Children’s Hospice and the British Heart Foundation.
Jodie’s new role will focus on developing and implementing a sustainable income generation strategy so the Miscarriage Association is positioned for growth and can extend its reach, influence and impact to those who need us.
Jodie herself benefited from support from us on two occasions in 2006 and 2008 and knows first-hand the difference the Miscarriage Association can make to those affected by pregnancy loss.
Talking about her new role, Jodie said:
“It’s a privilege to join such an amazing charity at a pivotal time in our growth. We have ambitious plans to ensure that our trusted services and support can reach even more people affected by this heart-breaking experience and I’m looking forward to developing our income generation plans to make this happen. I’ve already been hugely inspired by our amazing supporters and I’m looking forward to the journey ahead”
Vicki Robinson, Miscarriage Association Chief Executive, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Jodie to the team. She brings a wealth of experience and insight, and we’re excited about the impact she’ll have in this new role.
“As Head of Development, Jodie will play a vital part in helping us grow and sustain our work, ensuring we can continue to provide support, raise awareness and influence change for anyone affected by pregnancy loss.”
