The launch of our 2025 Pregnancy Loss Care and Support Survey
2nd May 2025

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our national 2025 Pregnancy Loss Care and Support survey, exploring miscarriage care and support across the UK.
We’re inviting you to take part in this important survey. By sharing your experience, you’ll help us better understand the care and support that people need. Your insights will directly inform a major research report aimed at improving care and support during and after miscarriage across the UK.
Pregnancy loss is a deeply personal experience, and the support people receive, from healthcare professionals, workplaces, family or friends, can have a lasting impact. This survey explores those experiences: what’s helped, what hasn’t, and where change is urgently needed.
For this particular survey, we are focusing on experiences of pregnancy loss that took place from the 1 January 2022 onwards – including partners and those who have experienced loss through surrogacy. We know that every experience matters, no matter when it happened, and we truly value all voices. If your experience falls outside this timeframe, please keep an eye out for future opportunities to share your story.
The survey takes around 20–25 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept anonymous, and you may skip any questions you’d prefer not to answer.
The survey will close on Sunday 15 June 2025.
We understand that revisiting your experience can be difficult. If you need any support, we’re here for you, please consider using our support services.
Thank you for sharing your experience and helping us work towards better miscarriage care for everyone.
