An unexpected gift

30th November 2017

We are delighted to say that the Miscarriage Association has received an unexpected donation of £50,000 from the QBE Foundation, the charitable arm of the QBE Insurance Group.

This is such a special gift, enabling us to move forward with a number of projects on our wish-list:

  • Increasing awareness and uptake of our information and support services, by a targeted public awareness campaign
  • Further developing our e-learning resources for health professionals to engage a wider audience and improve care
  • Creating targeted resources for specific groups affected by pregnancy loss;, including people with learning difficulties, mental health issues and women in the workplace.

Our sincere thanks to the Trustees of the QBE Foundation and to the employee who nominated the Miscarriage Association.  All are helping us to help people through.
