The Miscarriage Association

The Miscarriage Association is a UK charity that offers support and information to anyone affected by miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy.  Working from our office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, we provide a range of support and information services, promote and support good healthcare practice and research, and work to raise public awareness and understanding of pregnancy loss.

We are a small staff team, with three full-time and three part-time staff, in addition to occasional freelance project workers. The staff team is further supported by the Board of Trustees and a range of volunteers.

The working environment

Our offices are based over two floors in a small terraced house.  While we aim to be an equal opportunities employer, our offices are, sadly, not wheelchair accessible and the stairs to our toilet facilities are steep.
