Babyloss Awareness Day

BABY LOSS AWARENESS WEEK October 2007

Babyloss Awareness Campaign

Now in its 5th year, Baby Loss Awareness Week will see people whose lives have been touched by the loss of a baby during pregnancy or just after birth uniting across the UK to show their support for the Baby Loss Awareness campaign 2007. This will culminate in International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day on October 15th.

As in previous years, volunteers are organising a range of events and fundraising activities across the UK. The aims are to increase awareness of the issues surrounding pregnancy and infant loss and to raise funds for the main UK charities providing support in this area. It is hoped there will be balloon releases and remembrance events across the UK.

Ribbon pins will be available in return for a suggested minimum donation of £1. These can be ordered from the Baby Loss Campaign online, by post, or in bulk on a sale or return basis. You might also want to volunteer to help make the awareness ribbon pins – all materials and full instructions are supplied and we’d be most grateful.
