Consider becoming a Trustee
The Miscarriage Association’s Board of Trustees is responsible for planning, guiding and reviewing the work of the charity – the services we provide, the way we are run and the way we raise and spend our funds. At least half of the Trustees must be people with personal experience of miscarriage, ectopic or molar pregnancy and we usually have one or two health professionals on the board as well.
We aim to have a range of skills and experience on the Trustee Board and sometimes look for people to fill a particular gap or to ensure diversity. We also welcome applications or enquiries from people who might be interested in joining the Board. If you think this could be you and would like to find out more, we recommend that you read through our Trustee Handbook Oct 2016.
